About Me
I’m Amanda, a passionate force-free dog trainer based in Crawley (ear Gatwick) in West Sussex. With years of experience helping dogs and their humans build strong, positive relationships, I offer puppy training, next steps training, Canine Hoopers, and one to one training tailored to your needs. I also offer a wedding Dog chaperone service too.
As a qualified Dynamic dog Practitioner, I specialise in analysing movement and behaviour to help uncover hidden pain issues that may affect your dog’s training and well being. We’ll dive into your dogs history and their life and I’ll want to know EVERYTHING about them which often leads me down unexplored avenues. I’ll make detailed notes of this and will then need additional data and evidence in the form of video’s and photos of your dog. I’ll then analyse all the evidence and pull it all into a full report to send over to yourself as well as your vet so that they can take a look and diagnose. In a study in Lincolnshire by Daniel Mills, it was found that approximately 80% of dogs that present with behavioural issues have some form of undiagnosed pain.

When I’m not training, I’m out exploring or training with my own dogs, a labrador x collie and a rescue labrador x pointer maybe! I have a busy family life and can sometimes be found working behind the scenes at Karate competitions too! Yes, really!
